Seated Acupressure Massage

Seated Acupressure Massage or SAM is a combination of ancient eastern techniques combined with a modern western style. No oils are used and the client will be fully clothed and seated. The treatment will concentrate on key areas of stress, the neck, back, shoulders, scalp and arms. SAM releases tension and anxiety; working on Acupressure points to stimulate the blood supply and the flow of Chi (life energy) and takes approximately 20-30 minutes - ideal for the workplace, but great in the home too.

Work is where we spend a good proportion of our time and energy. On-site massage by definition means this type of massage is beneficial not just to the individual but part of an 'on-going' relationship between employer and employee in the work place. For the individual receiving the massage the benefits are undoubtedly an immediate form of stress relief, an energising sequence of movements as the recipient sits in an ergonomically designed chair.
