Sports and Remedial Massage Treatments
The first session incorporates a 20-30 minute postural assessment and consultation.

- Thai Foot Massage - £25
Body Massage (sometimes called Swedish) is delivered using a neutral carrier oil or lotion and full body includes the legs, back, arms and neck and shoulders.
Aromatherapy Massage includes additional consultation time for essential oil selection plus the material costs for the oils.
Thermal Hot Stone Massage utilises a wonderful combination of natural penetrating heat from basalt stones with traditional body massage strokes.
